Juli 2015	Support für Linux Compiler wurde eingestellt Wie Lahey uns heute mitteilt, sind die Linux Compiler (LF95 Linux Pro, LF64 etc. ) zwar noch erhältlich, aber der Support wurde eingestellt: "Due to difficulties with installing the Linux products on newer OS's, Lahey has dropped the products. We can still sell them, but without support."

Juli 2013	LF Professional v7.5 ist nun erhältlich Angekündigt war die neue Version des LF Professional 7.5 bereits im März: News - March 8, 2013 Lahey announces Lahey/Fujitsu Fortran95 v7.5! - Compatibility with Visual Studio 2012 - Coming Soon (a few weeks)! LF Professional V7.5 includes the 32-bit Lahey/Fujitsu Compiler and the new 64-bit Lahey/GNU compiler. At present LF Pro 32-bit V7.5 is not released. When it is, it will include Microsoft Visual Studio Shell 2012. Customers who buy now will receive V 7.3 and a free upgrade on release of the updated Lahey/Fujitsu compiler. Jetzt ist sie verfügbar. 27. Mai 2009	Support für LF95 for Windows eingestellt Der Support wird eingestellt. Die Windows Version von LF95 wird in Zukunft auch nicht mehr vertrieben. Alternative: LF Fortran Professional. Die Linux Versionen sind weiterhin erhältlich (sowohl LF95 Linux PRO als auch die Express Edition).

Eine Testversion kann https://www.lahey.com/lf64x_down.htm geladen werden. Derzeit ist sie als "Express" Version erhältlich. Eine LF64 PRO Version soll im Juni 2006 erscheinen. Updates von LF95 Express for Linux sind möglich und sind von uns erhältlich.

This full-featured Fortran 95/90/77 language system includes new enhancements for performance and ease of use. The LF95 Linux v6.2 language system is available in two configurations: PRO and Express. New Features of LF95 Linux v6.2: + Pentium 4 and Xeon optimizations + OpenMP v2.0 support (PRO only) + Allocate arrays up to 2 GB + New WiSK graphics package (PRO only) + BLAS version for Pentium 4 (PRO only) + LAPACK version for Pentium 4 (PRO only) + New SSL2 math library (PRO only) + New licensing options According to Bill Lassaline, president of Lahey, "LF95 6.2 features P4 optimizations with SSE2 instructions. We tested v6.2 optimizations on a 1.8GHz P4 with 512 MB of PC2100 RAM, running SuSE 8.1, using Polyhedron’s (www.polyhedron.com) Fortran benchmarks. Specifying the new switches --tp4, --sse2, --zfm, --o2, and -x, the 90 benchmarks ran an average of 12.4% faster and the 77 benchmarks 7.9% faster than they did when built with LF95 Linux v6.1."
